PWC needed to find a solution for staff to be able to make private, confidential and general calls in the office, without disrupting colleagues. A small trial was started in the Bristol office, using the Framery O Phone booth. This was a success and the booths have been rolled out to other offices including London, Cardiff and Bristol. One of the additional benefits of the O booth is to free up valuable meeting rooms, as people often use them for phone calls.
